Mortgage Calculator Work out the costs of a mortgage quickly and easily

With the mortgage calculator, you can easily and quickly find out whether you can afford your dream property.

To calculate a mortgage, you need to know the purchase price of the property, your gross annual income and the amount of capital you have available. Once you've entered the details, the mortgage calculator works out the resulting loan-to-value ratio, the monthly payment (consisting of the estimated interest rate, amortization and maintenance and ancillary costs) and the economic viability at a hypothetical mortgage interest rate of 5%. In addition, you can calculate the monthly costs of the mortgage using an interest rate of your choice.
