Celebrating our new Managing Directors

three keys logo

Join us in congratulating our 177 newly promoted Managing Directors. Their contributions are key in how we deliver the best of UBS’s craft to our clients. Their success is also an example of how we’re investing in employees to offer growth, development, and mobility opportunities.

Our Managing Directors exemplify and uphold our strong culture grounded in our three keys to success. And, together with all our employees, they will play a central role as we work together to build an even stronger firm, deliver on our integration and growth ambitions, and achieve our strategic objectives.

The geographic distribution of this year's Managing Director promotions underscores our growth ambitions across regions: 29% hail from Europe, Middle East and Africa, 27% from the Americas, 25% from Switzerland, and 19% from the Asia Pacific region. We are proud that over 30% of our new Managing Directors are women, compared with 28% last year, demonstrating our progress in supporting fair and equitable opportunities for all.

What inspires us?

Our purpose.

Reimagining the power of investing. Connecting people for a better world. This is our purpose. This is UBS.

These are not just words. It’s guiding everything we do, where people and ideas are connected, opportunities are brought to life and where our thought leadership can be impactful. The experience you can have every day.

Who inspires us?

Our employees.

It’s our differences – who we are, the experiences we have and bring and how we think – that move us forward. We value what diversity brings and make sure your passion, commitment and hard work are encouraged (and rewarded).

We also believe that collective ideas bring results and drive progress: great work is never done alone.

Each of us is more than one person, we’re more than ourselves.

Join us to fulfill your potential, and purpose.
